Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust currently provides mental health and learning disability services in Hertfordshire and Norfolk. We are seeking to recruit a Health Care Assistant that is highly experienced and motivated with an excellent work ethos to join our friendly team. We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, genuine and honest individual to join our dynamic nursing team under the role of health care assistant.
The successful candidate will work at Oak Ward, Kingsley Green. Oak Ward is an all-male psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) caring for men who are experiencing acute episodes of mental illness. Previous experience in a health care setting is an advantage that will be essential and good computer skills will enable you to work efficiently following an induction. The ideal applicant will have experience in mental health - facilitating and meeting the various individual needs of service users whilst under direction and supervision by senior colleagues and the team leader.
