JOB TITLE: Customer Solutions Consultant (Outbound)-Northampton

LOCATION: Northampton

WORKING HOURS: Full time & Part opportunities available -shifts Rotas- Mon to Fri between 8.30-6.30-Saturdays (1 in 3) between 9 am and 2 pm

THE ROLE: Customer Solutions Consultant (Outbound)-Northampton

We need Outbound Customer Solutions Consultants to join us in Northampton. As an Outbound Customer Solutions Consultant, you'll be expected to work in the outbound sales department of the business. You will be selling new business policies, to new customers. It is vital you are easily adaptable in our agile working environment and have the willingness to learn. You will be making outbound calls to warm leads which can result in a department bonus which is paid monthly. You will also be up skilled so you will be able to renew active policies

Key Responsibilities to include:- Customer Solutions Consultant (Outbound)-Northampton
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Effectively manage call-backs
  • Build relationships with customers to develop profitable and sustainable business
  • Handle high volumes of calls and correspondence relating to customer queries
  • Understand the customer's requirements, proactively ensuring all information is obtained from customers
THE CANDIDATE: Customer Solutions Consultant (Outbound)-Northampton

Ideally, candidates will come from sales/ or customer focused background, who are used to working towards and thrives on achieving targets. Our client is looking for highly-motivated individuals who have excellent rapport-building skills, with the personal desire to achieve Sales targets.

  • Experience of working in a sales environment and working towards targets (Telephone-based/ Customer focus/ Retail etc.)
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to work within a Sales environment
  • Excellent computer literacy and accuracy, attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner and skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the knack for relationship building
