Job Description

Stephen James Consulting are recruiting a Care Manager -Live-in-Care, for one of their key clients, covering Watford, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Luton.

This essential role will be support the Regional Manager with the delivery of excellent client care, you will be developing and maintaining care documents, whist ensuring all the required processes are produced within the agreed time scales, this fundamental role will also involve capturing client information to their CRM systems, highlighting clients that command high levels of support and care.

  • You will support the senior team in the delivery of client care in the context of the client care pathway ensuring all key milestones for both clients and carers are delivered.
  • Undertaking the client assessments, in the absence of the Regional Manager, in accordance with the client care pathway and ensuring that the required focus on client care is delivered
  • Being accountable for client set up from point of sale through to the client start date, including but not limited to all associated paperwork and systems data
  • Making sure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met, through robust management of cases within the CRM tool.
  • The set up and maintenance of care-related documentation, ensuring all required processes are completed on time and on the required systems (accountable for planning the case load for care related activity from point of assessment through to service end)
  • Supporting the senior team with monthly reporting against Area KPI's, identifying areas for improvements and preparing plans for execution and delivery.

To be shortlisted for this key role of Care Manager you will need the following experience:

  • The ideal person will have a good background within Live-in-Care, Learning Disabilities or Complex needs.
  • Have an excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of CQC and LA's, being highly organised, with the ability to motivate and work within a team, along with being passionate about delivering high quality, person centred care.
  • Having the ability to demonstrate and provide leadership, to lead and provide mentorship to staff.

The role of Care Manager, Live-in-Care is offering £35,000 - £40,000 With an excellent compensation package, salary range is dependent on your experience. Please note: you must be a driver, with your own transport.
